Of course, we offer our customers maintenance contracts for ongoing support.

There the systems are continually monitored and actively linked to our monitoring system. So we can act in advance of any errors and initiate the problem-solving. Thus we achieve the highest uptime and can avoid unwanted downtime. Even line failures are detected by us, and are communicated to the respective providers to address.

In the maintenance contracts are also Internet Hosting and Help Desk included. For those expenses that are not covered in the maintenance contract, a discounted hourly rate applies. For customers with active maintenance contract are the extended service- and help desk hours also applied, as well as updates and maintenance work performed outside normal operating hours.
